Self-Rescue ClinicThis is an introductory course to self rescue, multipitch and partner rescue strategies, and creative solutions to complex problems and scenarios found in high-angle, on-the-rock environments. This clinic will discuss solutions to escaping a “trapped belay”, lowering/raising an injured partner in a multipitch environment, rappelling with an injured partner, and emergency alternatives for belay devices and anchors.
Anchor Building ClinicLearn how to build safe, redundant anchors in a variety of outdoor settings during this 1.5 hour clinic, led by our very own Alex Bernstein and Carson Mills.
Transition to Outdoor Climbing ClinicStudents will learn the essential skills needed to transition from the gym to real rock with confidence. We’ll cover key differences between indoor and outdoor climbing, including risk awareness, environmental factors, and gear considerations. Participants will get hands-on experience with fundamental systems like building and cleaning top-rope anchors, basic knot work, and proper use of outdoor-specific equipment.
