Overcoming Fears Clinic
Is a fear of heights stopping you from climbing? This workshop is designed to help by someone who has been there!

With a research-based approach, we will start with a little time in the classroom going over the biological basis of fear and teach several rooting strategies. Afterward we will pop out to the wall and practice going up in small, incremental steps designed to ease the mind and body into feeling comfortable facing its challenges. This will be a compassionate and completely non-judgmental environment here to support everyone through their personal journey with fear.
