Whether you are a scouting group looking forward to earning their next badge, a school planning an unforgettable field trip, or a group of friends looking to learn a new skill together, a managed group with staff support is a great option for you. Visit Granite Arch as a group and boulder together, learn to belay, top rope, participate in team building activities, and more! Managed groups are highly customizable, and great for kids or adults looking to have a great experience and learn more about the sport of climbing. To make the most of your time, we recommend that climbers wear comfortable, athletic clothing and tennis shoes.
What does it cost?
The following policies are in place to ensure fairness to both our participants and our staff. Please submit a ticket for clarification about these policies.
Payment Timeline Policy
- Full payment is due at the time of booking (at least two weeks in advance).
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
If you cancel or reschedule...
...3 weeks or more before the start of your event:
• A full refund will be issued.
...2 weeks or more before the start of your event:
• A 50% refund will be issued.
...13 days or less before the start of your event:
• No refund or credit will be issued.
• If you ‘no-show’ to an event or any portion of an event, no refund or credit will be issued or pro-rated.
Requests made due to injury, illness, or extenuating circumstances can be made to management, and settled at their discretion.
If we cancel:
- A full refund or credit will be issued if Granite Arch cancels an event.
- Granite Arch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event at any time, for any reason.
Adjustment of Participant Numbers
- We can only guarantee adequate staffing based off of the participant numbers provided greater than two weeks before the start of your event.
- If you would like to adjust your total participant numbers by more than 3, please submit a ticket. If this change is made at least two weeks in advance, adequate staffing will be guaranteed. If this change is made less than two weeks in advance, we cannot guarantee adequate staffing, but we will absolutely try our best!
