Sign up for a self-managed group if you do not need staff assistance for belaying, etc. To make the most of your time, we recommend that climbers wear comfortable, athletic clothing and tennis shoes.

What does it cost?

$30 per climber (includes a rental harness and a belay device)

2+ hours of climbing time
Rental harnesses and belay devices for belayers
- Climbing shoe rentals are available for an additional $5 per climber, but not required
Party room upon request
Please note that group-dedicated staff are not included with this type of reservation. If you are interested in making a reservation that includes staff supervision and coaching, look into our Managed Group option

Additional Details:

Maximum group size: 15 climbers (possibility of more upon request)
Each person attending the group, whether climbing or not, must sign a Waiver.
Each person under the age of 18 is required to have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian, no exceptions!
All belayers must be belay certified at Granite Arch, pass a belay test, or complete our Top Rope Belay Class before belaying

Full payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

If you cancel or reschedule...

...3 weeks or more before the start of your event:
• A full refund will be issued.

...2 weeks or more before the start of your event:
• A 50% refund will be issued.

...13 days or less before the start of your event:
• No refund or credit will be issued.
• If you ‘no-show’ to an event or any portion of an event, no refund or credit will be issued or pro-rated.

Requests made due to injury, illness, or extenuating circumstances can be made to management, and settled at their discretion.

If we cancel:

A full refund or credit will be issued if Granite Arch cancels an event.
Granite Arch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event at any time, for any reason.

For booking inquiries, please submit a ticket. Groups of 10 or larger will not be accommodated without a reservation.
