Move Better. Climb Longer. Recover Faster.
Climbing places unique demands on the body - tight hips, overworked forearms, stiff shoulders, sore fingers, and limited mobility can all impact performance and increase injury risk over time. This 90-minute workshop is designed specifically for climbers looking to improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall movement efficiency both on and off the wall.
Throughout the workshop, participants will learn climbing-specific stretches, mobility drills, recovery techniques, and shoulder stability exercises used to improve body positioning, reduce tension, and support long-term climbing health. We’ll focus on common climbing problem areas including hips, thoracic spine, wrists, forearms, shoulders, and ankles while also teaching practical recovery strategies climbers can easily incorporate into their weekly routines.
Whether you’re a beginner climber feeling constantly tight after sessions or an experienced climber looking to improve movement quality and longevity in the sport, this workshop will provide actionable tools to help you climb stronger, move more efficiently, and recover more effectively.
No prior flexibility experience required. All mobility levels welcome.
