Top Rope BelayTop Rope Belay

This 60 minute class teaches top rope belay technique, proper use of equipment, correct tie-in procedure for both climber and belayer, and basic communication between the climber and belayer in a gym environment. Belaying is the “rope management” part of climbing.  If you are new to climbing, or if it has been some time since you climbed, this class is for you.

These classes are not guaranteed, but we recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the class to book.

Intro to ClimbingIntro to Climbing

This class is ideal for anyone new to climbing (generally ages 14+) who wants to dive into the basics in a fun and supportive setting. Whether you're curious about indoor climbing or just want to get started, this class offers a comprehensive introduction to both bouldering and top rope climbing. Held from 6-8pm, it’s the perfect opportunity to learn the foundational skills in a controlled and welcoming environment.

Aerial Silks Class- BeginningAerial Silks Class- Beginning

This 60 minute class is a great introduction to the world of aerial silks. Participants will learn foundational skills, techniques, and conditioning exercises. Available for up to 6 participants per class. The 4:15 Wednesday class is available to anyone ages 7 or older. All other classes are available for anyone 16 years of age or older.

This is a great next step after our Intro to Climbing class! Our experienced coaches will aid you in advancing your skills and your stoke for the sport!
