Youth Competitive Team Tryouts

To join Granite Arch's Youth Competitive Team, participants must attend two practices (a Tuesday and Thursday within the same week)-- this is considered a tryout. During these practices, the competitive team coaches will evaluate and come to a decision whether or not the participant is right for the team. Should they be accepted to the team, participants will be expected to consistently join practices beginning within one month of their acceptance date. With any questions please submit a ticket.

Tryouts in 2026 will run February through May. Booking for tryouts is open now!

• Comfortable clothes that you can move in
• A full water bottle
• Your own personal climbing equipment (shoes, harness, belay device, and chalk)
  • If you do not currently have your own equipment, you may rent equipment from Granite Arch. Should you be accepted to the team you must purchase your own equipment.
• An attitude to learn and grow!
