Work with the same coach each session, or mix it up-- your path is customized to you.

Sign up for our 4-session bundle and save money while accomplishing your climbing goals! This is how it works:
- Sign the documents and pay
- We send you an email with a promo code that can be used 4 times (Lost the code? Find it in the Benefits and Discounts tab in your account portal!)
- You sign up for whichever standard private coaching sessions you desire using that promo code
- That's it!
This policy applies to all private coaching sessions at Granite Arch Climbing Center. This policy is to ensure fairness to both our participants and our staff. Please contact us at hello@granitearch.com for clarification about this policy.
Booking Availability
- Private coaching sessions will become available to book 14 days in advance.
Cancellation / Reschedule Policy
More than 24 hours before the start of your session:
- A full refund will be issued.
24 hours or less before the start of your session:
- No refund or credit will be issued for any reason.
- If you ‘no-show’ to a session or any portion of a session, no refund or credit will be issued or pro-rated.
Requests made due to injury, illness, or extenuating circumstances can be made to a manager, and settled at their discretion.
If We Cancel:
- Granite Arch reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session at any time, for any reason.
- A full refund or credit will be issued if Granite Arch cancels a session.
Participants under the age of 18
- Please note that private coaching sessions that involve a participant under the age of 18 must be accompanied by that participant's parent or legal guardian if not during the hours of 11am and 10pm Monday-Saturday or 12pm and 5pm on Sunday (public business hours). This is in accordance with SafeSport guidelines.
Bundle Expiration
- The 4-session bundle expires after 1 year from the date of purchase. No refund or credit will be awarded for any reason.
