Granite Arch Homeschool Classes are P.E. classes designed to introduce homeschoolers to the sport of climbing. Kids will learn to tie the climber’s knot, belay, and use technique and strength to climb effectively. Our instructors also concentrate on team-building concepts throughout the program to emphasize social interaction, fitness, fun, and friendship.

These classes are offered in the Fall (September - December) and Spring (January - April) semesters.

A great entry point for students of all levels. Students will meet once per week for 12 weeks. Costs $375 per semester-- equipment is provided.

Students must have completed the intermediate class at Granite Arch or demonstrate proficiency in belaying and climbing ability to the satisfaction of the instructor. Students must be able to complete at least a 5.9 climb. Students will meet once per week for 12 weeks. Costs $485 per semester-- equipment is provided.

Includes a field trip to a local outdoor climbing area during the final session!
